Fresh seasonal asparagus not only look stunning on the plate but are packed full of flavour and the toasted almonds add a lovely contrasting crunchy texture to the dish. Dress with a squeeze of lemon juice to add a tartness and bring out the flavour or a drizzle of the tangy honey and vinaigrette dressing. You can check out the recipe for the honey and vinaigrette dressing here.
