1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
pinch salt
grind of black pepper
100ml olive oil
2 Tbsp honey
runny

Combine the mustard, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, olive oil and honey together and whisk until combined.
