Corned Beef
Rinse beef under cold water. Place beef in a slow cooker and almost cover with water. Add golden syrup, vinegar, peppercorns, chopped onions and carrots and stir liquid.Cook on high for 4-6 hours, or low for 6-7 hours.
We love to use leftover corned beef in our brunch beef hash the following day.
