4-6 sliced radish

1 finely sliced red capsicum

2 finely sliced spring onions

1 handful chopped parsley

A bunch of chives

Dressing

1 lemon juice

1 tsp dijon mustard

4 tbsp olive oil

To Marinade Lamb

Place the marinade ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.

Brush lamb chops with marinade and set aside.
