Spiced Buttery Sweetcorn

A spicy, buttery corn recipe that makes the perfect addition to any dinner or barbecue.

2 corn cobs
2 tsp oil
3 garlic cloves
peeled and sliced
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
To cook corn
Cut the sweetcorn into 2-3 pieces.
Rub the corn cobs with oil.
Heat a pan and add the corn and brown evenly, turning often.
Add the garlic and chilli and cook to caramelise.
Add ½ cup water and ½ teaspoon salt, put a lid on and cook till water evaporates
Add the butter and cook to coat the corn.
