Ingredients
- 2 corn cobs 
- 2 tsp oil 
- 3 garlic cloves peeled and sliced
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes 
- 50g butter 
Method

Cut the sweetcorn into 2-3 pieces.

Rub the corn cobs with oil.

Heat a pan and add the corn and brown evenly, turning often.

Add the garlic and chilli and cook to caramelise.

Add ½ cup water and ½ teaspoon salt, put a lid on and cook till water evaporates.

Add the butter and cook to coat the corn.
