Vietnamese Marinade

Method

To Assemble

Mediterranean Marinade: Combine and mix well.

Honey Mint Marinade: Combine and mix well.

Hoisin Marinade: In a bowl, whisk ingredients together.

Balsamic Marinade: Whisk together ingredients. Add marinade and meat in a zip-lock bag and allow to marinade in the fridge for at least 1 hour, and ideally overnight.

Lemon And Oregano Marinade: Combine and mix well.

Greek Marinade: Add olive oil whilst whisking lemon juice in a bowl, then add other ingredients whilst whisking.

Satay Marinade: Blend the ingredients until smooth.

Honey Mustard: Combine and mix well.

Garlic, Oregano & Basil Marinade: Combine and mix well.

Vietnamese Marinade: Season meat with mix of garlic, garlic powder, chilli powder, sugar, lime juice, soy sauce and olive oil. Once cooked, garnish with cilantro and squeeze lemon and lime juice over top.
