Ingredients
sweetcorn
2 corn cobs
1 Tbsp miso paste
1 tsp runny honey
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
½ cup chopped fresh coriander
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
toasted
2 tsp fresh chillies
chopped
1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger

Cut corn cobs in half. Then each half down the middle, then each half in four, Removing any excess core.

For the paste in a small bowl combine well the miso, honey, ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil.

Preheat the BBQ to medium heat. Brush a little paste over the ribs.

Place them onto the BBQ cooking for 2 or 3 minutes then turning for a further 5 or until cooked and nicely charred.

Remove to a platter, brush with any extra paste, and sprinkle with seeds and coriander.

Serve hot with a sprinkle of chilli.
