Brooke loves to explore her creative side in the kitchen. Growing up on a small lifestyle farm, she is passionate about utilising freshly grown seasonal produce and exploring the flavours of New Zealand produced beef and lamb. She especially loves an authentic curry with a homemade paste, and a bit of extra heat. She enjoys developing and testing new recipes, and trying them out with her family and friends.
