Heat oil on a medium heat and place asparagus spears gently into the pan, cook in two batches for about three to five minutes continually moving the pan so the asparagus cooks evenly.

Arrange asparagus on a white platter top with strawberries and crumbled feta cheese, finish with freshly ground black pepper.
