Boil the potatoes and swede until soft. Drain and mash with the horseradish and milk until smooth. Stir through the parsley and season with black pepper

Boil the potatoes and kūmara until soft. Drain and mash with the sour cream and stock until smooth Sprinkle over the mint and season with black pepper
Potato & Carrot Mash
Boil the potatoes and carrots until soft. Drain and mash with the butter and milk until smooth. Season with black pepper
