Hi Oliver - thanks for your feedback. You can use a packet sauce or if you would like to make your own you can combine 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon of ginger, 1/4 cup hoisin sauce, 1/4 cup reduced salt soy sauce and 2 teaspoons of corn flour mixed with 1/2 cup of beef stock which is delicious!

Disappointing that this recipe implies using a packet sauce instead of offering instructions to make your own. Never as good as home-made. I chose Watties and it was pretty bad.

Heat the wok, ensure it is hot. Stir-fry the beef strips in 3 batches, reserving each cooked batch to rest in a warm bowl. Reheat wok between each batch.
Reheat the wok, add oil and heat. Add the shallots and capsicum, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Add the cooked pumpkin, broccoli and sweet and sour sauce, stir-fry until sauce is hot. Return the beef to the wok, toss to combine. Serve with noodles or rice.
