These two recipes give you solutions for delicious, flavoursome patties. Use top-quality ingredients, flavour well and grill on a very hot barbecue or in a hot pan for best results. We served these on split white burger buns, ciabatta rolls and pita bread.But the choice is yours.

Yum!!! Great addition with the mustard. A favourite in this household - first made them Sunday on World Burger Day and making them again tonight. Used flat leaf parsley as our herb cos so much growing in the garden. Will be using this recipe from now on for burger patties.

Anything...e.g., thyme and parsley, or rosemary, or basil. Just whatever you have, I imagine. Just google what herbs go well with beef, if you really can't think of anything.
