Lamb Mince, Feta and Turkish Loaf

600g Quality Mark lamb mince
4 finely chopped spring onion
1 cup breadcrumbs
150g grated feta cheese
2 crushed garlic cloves
2 tbsp fresh mint
1 cut into 6 even pieces turkish bread loaf
To Make Patties
Combine the lamb mince, onions, breadcrumbs, feta, garlic, mint and egg.
Mix lightly, shape into 6 patties.
Lightly brush the burgers with oil.
Preheat the pan to moderately high.
Add patties to the pan, lower the heat to moderate.
Cook for 5-6 minutes each side or until thoroughly cooked.
Turn them once only.
