Potato, Swede & Horseradish Mash
4-6 agria potatoes

1, peeled and diced into 2cm cubes swede
1 tbsp horseradish
1/4 cup milk

2 tbsp, chopped parsley
A pinch of black pepper

2, peeled and roughly chopped kumara
1 tbsp sour cream
1/4 cup vegetable stock

2 tbsp, chopped fresh mint
A pinch of black pepper

4-6, washed and roughly chopped agria potatoes

3, washed and chopped carrot
1 tbsp butter
1/4 cup milk
A pinch of black pepper
Method
Potato, Swede & Horseradish Mash
Potato & Kūmara Mash
Potato & Carrot Mash

Boil the potatoes and swede until soft.

Drain and mash with the horseradish and milk until smooth.

Stir through the parsley and season with black pepper.
