Zesty tomato salsa
1 punnet, quartered cherry tomato
4, finely chopped sun-dried tomato
2 tbsp, finely chopped red onions
2 tsp oregano
If you don't have any oregano, try thyme instead
1, crushed garlic clove
1 tbsp capers
1 tsp white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp white sugar
Mustard, garlic & herb cream
1 cup cream
2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
1, crushed garlic clove
2 tbsp chives
2 tbsp, chopped parsley
2 tbsp, chopped coriander
Chimichurri
1/2 cup, finely chopped coriander
1/2 cup, finely chopped oregano
2, crushed garlic cloves
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tsp white wine vinegar
Method

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let them sit for at least half an hour to allow the flavours to infuse before serving with cooked steak.

Season with salt before serving.
