Under 30 Minutes,
3, sliced nectarines
3 or 4 handfuls salad greens
1 large, if you can't find this use mozzarella burrata
juice of 1 lemon or lime lemon juice
1, finely chopped chilli
1 handful fresh mint
splash avocado oil
splash balsamic vinegar
To Make Salad
Arrange salad greens and sliced nectarines on a serving platter.
Tear cheese and place on top.
Mix all dressing ingredients together and drizzle over just prior to serving.
Serve with crusty bread and your favourite beef or lamb.
