Under 30 Minutes,
3 - 4 handfuls salad greens
1 large burrata
can use mozzarella instead
juice of 1 lemon
1 red chilli
seeds removed and finely chopped
a handful of fresh mint leaves
a splash of avocado oil
a splash of balsamic vinegar
To Make Salad
Arrange salad greens and sliced nectarines on a serving platter.
Tear cheese and place on top.
Mix all dressing ingredients together and drizzle over just prior to serving.
Serve with crusty bread and your favourite beef or lamb.
