Burger Patties
600g Quality Mark beef mince
1 egg
lightly whisked
2 cloves garlic bulbs
minced
1 onion
chopped finely
2 sprigs parsley
leaves only
½ tsp yellow mustard seeds
½ cup breadcrumbs
Feta Mint Yoghurt Dressing
1 clove garlic bulb
minced
12 mint leaves
A few cubes feta cheese
Sheep's milk
250g Greek style yoghurt
thick
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
To Serve
4 brioche burger buns
2 tbsp mayonnaise
4 slices cheddar cheese
tomato relish
salad greens
slices beetroot
