Kumara Stuffed with Sautéed Kale and Parmesan

Quick and Easy,
6, medium sized golden kumaras
2 handfuls of purple kale
2 handfuls of kale
2 cloves, crushed garlic cloves
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
To Make Dish
Preheat oven to 180˚C.
Prick kumara with a fork and bake until cooked through (about 30 to 35 minutes).
While kumara is baking sauté kale in olive oil, garlic and chilli flakes (add a couple tablespoons of water to help wilt the kale).
Split cooked kumara down the middle while still warm and stuff with kale.
Sprinkle with a little parmesan and serve.
