Make these a little larger than those shown here for a hearty taste of the high country life.

200g Quality Mark lamb mince
1 garlic clove
1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
2 tbsp fruit-style chutney
2 sheets puff pastry
A small handful of fresh mint leaves
To Make Filling
Preheat oven to 180 °C.
Sauté onion and garlic in a splash of olive oil until onions are soft and transparent.
Remove from heat and cool.
In a large bowl mix the minced lamb with mint, breadcrumbs, chutney and half of the beaten egg.
