We love to use leftover corned beef in our brunch beef hash the following day.

Breakfast & Brunch,
400-500g Quality Mark corned beef
1 tbsp golden syrup
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tbsp peppercorns
2, chopped into quaters onions
To Cook Beef
Rinse beef under cold water.
Place beef in a slow cooker and almost cover with water.
Add golden syrup, vinegar, peppercorns, chopped onions and carrots and stir liquid.
Cook on high for 4-6 hours, or low for 6-7 hours.
