Broccolini with Mandarin and Chilli

2 handfuls of broccolini
4, sliced into rounds mandarin
1 tsp wholegrain mustard
1 and 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1 lemon of lemon juice
1 lemons worth of lemon zest
1 tsp manuka honey
2 tsp chia seeds
To Make Salad
Blanch broccolini or broccoli in boiling water for a couple of minutes then run under cold water to bring out the colour.
Mix dressing ingredients well in a cup or jug.
Arrange broccolini (or broccoli) and mandarins on a platter and drizzle over dressing.
