Simple Steak Recipe with Mango Twist
Delicious beef rump steak is grilled and served with a fresh and spicy mango salsa.

4 x 150g Quality Mark rump steaks
425g can, sliced and drained mango
2 tbsp coriander
1/2, finely chopped red onions
2 tbsp lemon juice concentrate
1 tbsp olive oil
Cut the mango into 1 cm cubes, place in a bowl. mix mango with the coriander, onion and lime juice.
Place steaks in a preheated non-stick pan.
Cook for 3-4 minutes each side for medium (about 2cm thick) or until done to your liking.
Rest in a warm place for 5 minutes.
