Healthy Beef Bowl Recipe with Avocado
Packed with colourful vegetables, and slices of tender scotch fillet. This is your new salad go-to. The mayonnaise and sesame seed mix add the perfect finishing touch.

Quick and Easy,
2 x 200g Quality Mark beef scotch fillets
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
4 finely sliced beetroot
2 peeled and cut carrots
1/2 diced cucumber
1 halved avocado
A handful of basil leaves
1 tbsp LSA seed mix
Try a seed mix that includes poppy seeds, linseeds, sunflower and pumpkin seeds

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
Cover and place in the fridge until ready to use.
