Two weeks ago we launched the summer issue of our mEAT Magazine and believe me when I tell you this issue contains some of the most delicious summer inspired recipes I've ever tasted...
Not only that but the recipes in this issue have been stripped right back to make use of everyday ingredients, keeping them simple to make and without compromising on flavour whatsoever. In fact, I'm going to go one step further and say this issue also contains some of the biggest flavours we've ever developed: a smoky eggplant Baba Ghanoush; a tangy sesame dressing (office favourite); a punchy vinaigrette, a succulent bistro butter and an out-of-this-world green herb stuffing.
