It's been a long and dreary winter, but I'm glad warm, summer evenings are upon us, so what better timing to pick up our newest, summer edition of mEAT Magazine!

is the perfect centrepiece dish. This recipe is absolutely bursting with flavour, and the pomegranate adds a fresh, summer bite. This would make an excellent dish for Christmas, bringing in the New Year or with friends and family around the dinner table this summer.
