2021 Beef + Lamb Young Chef Ambassador, Sam Heaven, works at the Park Hyatt Auckland. He grew up in the Hawke’s Bay where his family owned a bakery that was started by his grandfather.
Sam’s food Sam is all about pushing boundaries. He's an ambitious and passionate chef who is inspired by the Nordic Food Movement which preaches minimalism while incorporating as much flavour and techniques as possible.
