In the past fifty years, Meadow Mushrooms have quite literally mushroomed! A classic tale of Kiwi entrepreneurship, the business sprouted on the outskirts of Christchurch in 1970, thanks to two mates who shared a spirit for adventure, loved a challenge and had the heart to bring their vision to life through good hard yakka.
Half a century on and still proudly NZ family-owned and operated business, Meadow Mushrooms harvest daily 364 days of the year, with over 9 million mushrooms being hand-picked from their farm every week, making them NZ’s favourite mushroom!
