Joshua Ross, a Wellingtonian, trained at the local Le Cordon Bleu cookery school at the same time as getting work experience at Logan Brown restaurant in 2014. His passion, work ethic and skills allowed him to move through all sections of his training very quickly, and in 2017, he was promoted to sous chef. In January 2018, Joshua was instrumental in setting up the kitchen and menu for Bellamys by Logan Brown.
