Ingredients
Basic Mince Mixture
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 onion, peeled and chopped
- 500g lean beef or lamb mince
- 1 egg
- 1 cup soft breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp mixed herbs or 1 Tbsp chopped fresh herbs (optional)
Burger Ingredients
- 1 tomato
- lettuce
- ½ cup grated carrot
- Small soft rolls, split
Method
Mix basic mince mixture ingredients together in a small bowl. Combine well and shape into small meat patties, toss lightly in plain flour.
Heat the oil in a frying pan on a medium heat and cook patties for approximately 15 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
Place on a soft roll with tomato, lettuce and grated carrot.
